These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of any workshop, programme or digital product offered by QUANTUM FORTUNE LEARNING SOLUTIONS ("we", "us", "our"), a partnership firm having its registered office at Near LIC Office, 733A/4058/A/10, Hosur Road, Bailhongal, Belagavi (Belgaum), Karnataka – 591102, India, GSTIN 29AAAFQ9464C1Z2. By registering, purchasing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. The Services
2.1
We provide live online workshops, recorded content, community access and related educational programmes in the areas of mindset, personal development and money psychology.
2.2
Sessions are conducted online. You are responsible for arranging your own internet connection and a compatible device.
2.3
Session dates and timings are as stated at the time of registration. We will notify you in advance of any change. If a session is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the revised date, the recording will be made available.
3. Payment
3.1
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
3.3
Your registration is confirmed only on successful receipt of payment. A confirmation is sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide.
3.4
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase already completed.
3.5
All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. GSTIN: 29AAAFQ9464C1Z2. A tax invoice will be issued to the email address provided at registration.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /refund-policy. Different products carry different refund terms. Please read that policy before purchasing.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1
All content provided — including live sessions, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, presentations and written material — is our intellectual property and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
5.2
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership.
5.3
You may not:
- (a) record, screen-capture, download or reproduce any live session
- (b) share, resell, distribute or publish any material
- (c) share your access credentials or session links with any other person
- (d) use the content to create a competing product or to teach the material commercially
5.4
Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
6. Community Conduct
Where access to a WhatsApp group or community is provided, you agree not to:
- (a) post promotional, commercial or spam content
- (b) harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against any member
- (c) share other members' personal information outside the group
- (d) share paid material with non-members
We may remove any participant who breaches these standards, without refund.
7. No Guarantee of Results
7.1
Our programmes are educational. We teach frameworks, practices and mindset tools.
7.2
We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that you will achieve any particular financial, professional, personal or health outcome. Results depend on your own circumstances, effort and consistency.
7.3
Nothing provided constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, medical advice or psychological treatment. We are not registered investment advisers, medical practitioners or licensed therapists.
7.4
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional. Our programmes are not a substitute for professional care.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your access credentials confidential, use the services lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with any programme shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that programme.
9.2
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, income or opportunity.
9.3
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, power failure, natural disaster or government action.
9.4
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party platforms including Zoom, WhatsApp, Razorpay and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, particularly clauses 5 and 6. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Platform Disclaimers
This site is not a part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms Inc. Additionally, this site is NOT endorsed by Meta in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of META PLATFORMS, INC.
This site is not a part of Google LLC or Google Ads. Additionally, this site is NOT endorsed by Google in any way. GOOGLE is a trademark of GOOGLE LLC.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Belagavi, Karnataka.

We may revise these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
