This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through this website and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It is issued in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Different products carry different refund terms. Please read the section that applies to your purchase.

1. Two-Day Live Workshop (₹99)

The ₹99 two-day live workshop carries a full satisfaction-based refund.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund of the ₹99 fee if you have attended BOTH Day 1 and Day 2 of the live workshop and are not satisfied with the content or experience.

Conditions

• (a) Attendance on both days is required. Attendance is verified through the session platform's participant records.
• (b) Watching only the recording does not qualify. The refund is conditional on live attendance because the workshop is built around live participation.
• (c) The refund request must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the second day of the workshop you attended.
• (d) No reason or explanation is required. We will not ask you to justify your request.

How to request

Email connect@manifestwithvishal.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Workshop", including the name, email address and phone number used at the time of registration, and the workshop dates you attended.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.

2. Other Programmes and Courses

For all other paid programmes, courses, memberships and digital products offered by us, other than the ₹99 workshop and other than higher-level programmes governed by Section 3:

Refund window

A refund request must be received within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the time of payment.

After 48 hours

Once 48 hours have elapsed from the time of payment, the purchase is non-refundable. This is because these programmes provide immediate and substantial access to digital content, live sessions and community resources upon enrolment, and that access cannot be returned once granted.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Higher-Level Programmes — Deposits

Certain higher-level or advanced programmes may be secured by payment of a deposit, with the balance payable subsequently. The following terms apply to such deposits.

3.1 Refund window

A deposit is fully refundable if a refund request is received within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the time the deposit payment was made.

3.2 After 48 hours — conversion to extended access

If no refund request is received within 48 hours, the deposit is not returned as cash. Instead, the full value of the deposit is converted into extended access to our lower-level programmes. You will receive an extension of access equivalent in value to the deposit paid. The deposit is not forfeited — it is applied as credit toward continued access.

3.3 Subsequent enrolment in a higher-level programme

Once a deposit has been converted into extended access under clause 3.2, that deposit is fully consumed and cannot be applied again. If you later wish to enrol in the higher-level programme, the full programme fee will be payable at the rate then applicable. The converted deposit will not be adjusted against that fee.

3.4 Acknowledgement

By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood clauses 3.1 to 3.3, and specifically that the 48-hour window is the only period during which a cash refund of the deposit is available.

4. General Provisions

4.1 Method of refund

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds by cash, cheque, bank transfer to a different account, or to a third party.

4.2 Payment gateway charges

Refunds are processed for the full amount paid. Any charges levied by your bank, card issuer or payment provider are outside our control.

4.3 Timeline

We will acknowledge every refund request within 3 business days and confirm the outcome within 7 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval.

4.4 Access on refund

Where a refund is issued, access to the relevant programme, recordings, community groups and materials will be revoked. Continued use of any materials after a refund has been issued is not permitted.

4.5 Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued where:

• (a) the request falls outside the applicable window set out above;
• (b) there has been a breach of our Terms and Conditions, including sharing login credentials or distributing paid materials;
• (c) the request is made for a free product or a product not purchased through this website.

4.6 Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will address every genuine concern. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
