QUANTUM FORTUNE LEARNING SOLUTIONS, a partnership firm registered in Karnataka, India ("we", "us", "our"), operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
By registering for our workshop or programmes, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described here.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile / WhatsApp number
- Payment information (processed by our payment gateway — see clause 3.2)
- Any information you send us through the contact form or by email
1.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address and approximate location (city level)
- Browser type, device type and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page and scroll depth
- Referring source, including advertising campaign identifiers
1.3 Data we do NOT collect
We do not collect financial account numbers, card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, passwords, biometric data, or any sensitive personal data as defined under the IT Rules, 2011, except as necessary and as set out in clause 3.2.
2. Why We Collect It (Purpose)
We process your personal data for the following specified purposes:
- (a) To register you for the workshop or programme you purchased
- (b) To send you joining links, reminders and session details
- (c) To provide access to community groups and materials
- (d) To process payments and issue refunds
- (e) To respond to your questions and support requests
- (f) To measure and improve our advertising performance
- (g) To comply with legal and tax obligations
We will not use your data for any purpose materially different from those listed without obtaining fresh consent.
3. Sharing Your Data
3.1
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or share it with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
3.2
We share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Payment gateway (Razorpay) — for processing payments. Card and banking details are entered directly on the gateway and are never stored by us.
- Video conferencing platform (Zoom) — name and email, to admit you to sessions.
- Messaging platform (WhatsApp Business API provider) — name and phone number, to send session details and support messages.
- Email service provider — name and email, to send transactional communication.
- Analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, Google) — see clause 4.
- Hosting and database provider — for secure data storage.
3.3
We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.
4. Advertising and Analytics
4.1
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising.
4.2
Where we share event data with these platforms for conversion measurement, identifiers such as your email address and phone number are hashed using SHA-256 before transmission. We do not send these platforms your name, plain email address or plain phone number.
4.3
These platforms may set cookies on your device. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Meta's data policy and Google's privacy policy govern their own use of data.
5. Data Retention
5.1
We retain your registration and purchase data for as long as you hold access to a programme, and thereafter for a period of 5 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.
5.2
Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years.
5.3
On expiry of these periods, or on a valid erasure request under clause 6, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023
As a Data Principal you have the right to:
- (a) Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
- (b) Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated
- (c) Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
- (d) Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer
- (e) Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
- (f) Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal, and may mean we can no longer provide the service.

7. Data Security
We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access-controlled databases, and restricting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Data
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Communication Preferences
Transactional messages relating to a programme you purchased will be sent for as long as you hold access. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
